The concept
At the historic Paradiso venue, a milestone was celebrated: Housequake’s remarkable 20-year journey in the music industry. The idea was to make an audiovisual sync show with famous tracks of Housequake and visuals that were sync on the tracks. I knew this was a moment to craft an immersive experience that would honor their journey in the music industry.
The visuals
For this momentous occasion, we selected a handful of tracks from Housequake’s, each representing a pivotal moment in their career. With meticulous planning and a deep understanding of Housequake’s music, I meticulously synchronized the visuals to their tracks with timecode to make an audiovisual show.
Within this project involved creating high-energy motion graphics and meticulously edited videos that capture the essence of Housequake’s powerful beats and vibrant rhythms. For all the tracks I edited visually lyric text and made visuals.
Live production and VJ
With the magic of techonology we made the visuals audiosync to the tracks with live VJ performance. All the visuals came to life on the LED screen at Paradiso in Amsterdam on the Housequake tracks.
At the beginning of 2024, the History of House tour came along. Taking our audiovisual show we did at Paradiso on the road, we ventured to the renowned Now & Wow venue in Rotterdam, Vibes in Eindhoven, Eivissa Boat in Rotterdam and more to bring the electrifying fusion of music and visuals to a new audience. Armed with synchronized text visuals and Housequake’s infectious tracks, we embarked on a journey to transform the space into a vibrant spectacle of sight and sound.
